It’s my first time at Forest Massage Therapy and won’t be my last. Nicola is very professional and very good at explaining the different therapies and their benefits to our body. Absolutely gorgeous deep tissue massage with Nicky – the pressure was perfect throughout. She made it clear she was happy to adjust it if needed, but she got it spot on from the start. The room was clean, beautifully presented, and filled with calming scents that made the whole experience even more relaxing.
