Steph is absolutely amazing. She is so professional and asks about the treatment each time you go and asks how it felt after. Would 100% recommend to anyone after a massage therapist!

I had an appointment today with Georgia for a massage. I feel like a new woman now! My back was very tense before but now it’s so relaxed. Georgia was very professional and explained everything she was doing. She was able to answer all my questions and gave me lots of really helpful advice. Georgia was very thorough and checked on me throughout to ensure I was comfortable. I 1000% recommend no limits sports therapy!!

Had more of a treatment than relaxing massage today as had issues with pins snd needles. Steph came up trumps as always. Improvement immediately. See you in 3

Beautiful little gem. Georgia is very professional and knowledgeable. Guided me through my appointment and advised different exercises at home to help resolve my issues. She also took the time to research my problem after I’d left the clinic and reported back with additional information to help me. 100% recommend

It was everything I was expecting and needed. The lady is lovely and very welcoming. I had booked for a full body massage but after chatting we agreed to focus more on my need areas which she did diligently. I really appreciated the service and I am a very happy client. This was a very deep tissues massage, I would say it’s the best I’ve had, although painful at times it left me feeling very relaxed & I slept so well I’ve not had that kind if sleep in a very long time. I would book again Stephanie is so knowledgable & just a really great lady to talk to.

I opted for the newly available dermaplaning experience, which also included a luxury TempleSpa facial and neck & shoulder massage... Jo completed a pre-treatment consultation and was keen to impart comprehensive after-care advice. The products smelt divine and my skin is glowing... ..I was chilled when I arrived and horizontal by the time I left. Thank you Jo. I will definitely be back 🥰
