I've not met anyone who gives a proper sports massage like Rich. He is extremely knowledgeable in his work. My husband and I have been visiting him for at least 7 years. We even visit him from our new home in the west country. He is that good!

I feel totally relaxed and refreshed. The Access Bar was a nice experience, I recommend everybody to try, I will definitely will go after lockdown! I DO recommend Kinga!!!!

An amazing couples aromatherapy massage by Chloe and Andrea. Such a relaxing massage at the same time as easing those tense muscles. Both of us left feeling utterly relaxed. I then stayed for a beautiful facial and my skin now feels radiant.

Had my first appointment with Rich, primarily to address long term chest muscle issues. Rich knew exactly what needed doing and not only gave a great sports massage, he was also a pleasure to talk too, resulting in a 1hr session going very quickly. My chest felt much better, immediately afterwards and Rich gave me some pointers re. regular exercises. I highly recommend Farnborough Sports Massage & I look forward to visiting again!
