Rich is a fantastic massage therapist who has the ability to fix me. I struggle with chronic pain with fibromyalgia. Wow !! I have never had a facial quite like the one I had today. It started with a consultation and professional advice. Then I was made comfortable in a clean warm room. Following a deep cleanse a mask was appied and shoulder, neck and arm massage. It was very relaxing. The light mask was a new experience for me but it felt good and therapeutic. Overall is was a 5* treatment and I felt great afterwards and left with a spring in my step and glowing skin.

Wonderful experience. It was great to have a proper consultation before the massage. Nic was so knowledgeable with brilliant advice and explained everything really well. Sian always makes me feel really relaxed and comfortable, which is no small thing when you’re having an intimate wax,full leg wax and under arm .She’s so friendly and easy to chat to, which instantly puts you at ease. Nicola is warm and friendly but still professional from the moment she greets you. She is thorough from when you book the appointment asking for a pre health questionnaire to when you leave with some post massage do’s and don’ts. Nicola makes you feel at ease explaining what she is going to do. The massage - I had full body - was wonderful. I walked out feeling much lighter and my muscles were definitely less tense. Do I recommend Nicola - 💯!
