I come regularly to have acupuncture/ massage and there is always an amazing difference when I leave. Today however I feel even more better coming out, I am having a flare up so my whole body is stiff, tense and in pain and I noticed how much it had eased by the time I left! Thankyou both

From the moment I arrived, I felt at ease — the environment was calming, and Hugo & Aze were incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. The acupuncture was gentle but effective, and the massage really helped release deep tension I’ve been holding onto. I left feeling lighter, more balanced, and genuinely relaxed. Jack has been really helpful as I have been seeing him to help with tightness in my back and a knee injury through playing rugby and helping me solve my problem. I would really recommend to anyone looking for sports massage or injury problems. Also 10/10 recommend the compression boots!

I’ve just completed a 6 weeks course with Charlotte. I had manual lymphatic body massage and face lift massage. I’m blown away with the results. My sleeping improved, my digestive issues improved and my skin had an added glow to it. I cannot recommend Charlotte enough. Her warm nature makes you feel comfortable and her massage is a wonderful gift.

Absolute pleasure to chat with and a really interested guy that is heavily involved in sports treatment in many different ways, meaning he has a great understanding of a variety of injuries.
