I liked the facial, but I think too many products were used. When I was sweating later in the day, I was sweating products which I haven’t done before after a facial. The massage itself was really nice and the hand and arm massage was a bonus. Also maybe turn the music volume down a little.

Fantastic! Sam listened & asked prudent questions before beginning treatment. Sam explained during the treatment what she was doing and why as well as how this would feel post treatment. Having been treated for frozen shoulders by chiropractors osteopaths & physio, this made the biggest difference of them all. Sam is professional, knowledgeable, approachable, listens & advises. I will be returning & highly recommend her.
