Upon finishing my career as a professional commercial dancer/model it felt only natural to stay in the wellness industry. I offer 1 to 1 or 2 to 1 Personal Training sessions in our fully equipped, private gym based in the heart of Mapplewell village, South Yorkshire. Sessions include ongoing nutritional support and programs tailored just for you to also do at home or in the gym. I also offer Sports Massage Therapy and Beauty Therapy services. With over 20 years experience in the industry I am passionate about helping people become and feel the best version of themselves, inside and out.
