I do a lot of steps plus a keen gardener so there’s a lot needs unknotting. If you want to walk out feeling like you’re on a cloud I would recommend you getting booked in.

Felt totally at ease as soon as I walked in. Lauren tailored the treatment to suit my needs. Really enjoyed the massage. Only downside it had to come to an end. Thanks so much Lauren and also to my friend for buying it for me as a birthday gift 😀

After a 10km run , I had very sore and tired legs. I did well to book an appointment with Kerryanne as she did an amazing job, again. Using hot stones and a brilliant massage technique she eased the tensions off from my legs. I feel so much better now and all the pain has gone🙏

Sanding made me feel welcome and comfortable from beginning to end. She explained everything she was doing step by step. The facial has made my skin feel wonderful and the way Sandi gives her massage was wonderful and left me feeling more relaxed than I have for a long time
