Sheena Glen is a miracle worker! I’ve been suffering dull, aching headaches and lots of stiffness in my head and neck for months now. Sheena concentrated on my neck and shoulders to try and loosen up some very tight muscles. She also explained that all the tension and tightness was no doubt contributing to my headaches alongside the possibly of my sleep position and poor posture ( phone neck!) We discussed a treatment plan going forward and this morning I woke up with no headache which is a first in months! I’vehad CST with Sheena before and I find it really helpful with sleep and menopause.

Lauren who was my therapist for a back massage. I was recommended to visit from a friend due to some discomfort I was experiencing. Lauren is very knowledgable and explained everything for me about why I could be experiencing the pain and which group of muscle was affected. I’ve booked another appointment and I would certainly recommend Lauren and Holistic Health Clinic.

Just had another wonderful massage from Lauren. Lauren does a specific massage for me and then does other areas depending on my needs as I have few areas needing treatment theses are beginning to break down which is a massive improvement but as well as the well needed massage I always come away feeling uplifted as she is very knowledgeable about body and mind. I didn't know Lauren before getting my massage but I now count her as a friend.

I had a lovely massage from Lauren. I was feeling very tight and weary but Lauren worked her magic and I feel a lot more relaxed and mobile now.

Everyone needs a Lauren in their life. The massage is adapted to your needs on the day and she very knowledgeable. I highly recommend a visit to her.

Lauren had me very relaxed during the massage. Back, shoulders and neck feel great after the treatment. Hot stones were a perfect temperature. Lauren also spent time with me going through some paperwork and helped me to understand my body and mind.

I had my 2nd treatment with Sheena - deep tissue massage. She is such a lovely girl and makes me feel very comfortable during my treatment and explains in detail what she hopes to achieve for me with my problem.
