Mai Solas

Mai Solas offers holistic therapies for women only in a private garden treatment room in Prestwick. With its own entrance, a warm treatment couch and time to settle in, it’s a peaceful place to put down the demands of the day. I’m Helen, and every appointment begins with a conversation about how you feel and what you need. Whether you’re carrying tension, feeling tired or simply wanting some time to yourself, your treatment is tailored to you. Choose from manual lymphatic drainage, holistic massage, aromatherapy, reflexology, holistic facials, Reiki, and luxury holistic manicures and pedicures. Allow 75 minutes for your appointment, including 60 minutes of treatment and time to talk and settle. There’s no need to make conversation throughout. Close your eyes, get comfortable and let yourself be looked after. Women only. By appointment
