I work long hours and my job can be very stressful especially emotionally and intellectually. As part of my self cares i have regular body massages. This is the first time i have had a head massage from Pam which i found very therapeutic and relaxing. I've realised that my head is the power house of my whole body and that i need to take more care of my head as this is my most powerful tool in my work as mental Health Nurse dealing with peoples Trauma. I had an amazing facial, massage and hair spa. So relaxing and also therapeutic- I came out with glowing skin and my hair felt so clean and healthy. I am so glad I booked this treat for my birthday and lovely Pam was so kind with a gift . Would definitely recommend Glam by Pam and I will definitely be going back.
