Apart from being the most professional and efficient place I’ve been, Valerie has is the most wonderful person. She goes out of her way to make you comfortable and walks you through processes you are unsure of. 100% would recommend to literally anyone.

I had a lovely silk press done. I will definitely come back for regular treatments. I must mention that the only thing that (slightly) hindered my experience was that some of the core staff didn't seem very friendly to me (except for Pretty who was very professional and accommodating). At one point, another customer entered and they were greeted and offered coffee and tea, a gesture that I did not receive. Otherwise, great salon.
