Eda is the most lovely hairdresser ever, she always is so kind and makes me feel so beautiful! Im so glad I found her as I wont get my hair done by anyone else! My hair has went from black box dye to now a lovely light brown in the 3 sessions while still healthy and long. If you are in plymouth and need your hair cut or coloured please see Eda 🩷

I had gel toes done by senior nail tech and it was done within a good time frame enabling me to meet a time for a prior engagement. It didn't take as long as what is advertised and the standard of the work was the best I have found so far in Plymouth. I am over the moon with the service the girls give me at Ugly Bettie's and that's why I keep going back to them. Thanks girls. 🥰

Ellie is amazing, she always listens to me and helps me create my own style, which i absolutely love. She is so welcoming and always has a smile. Absolutely the only hairdresser I trust to make me feel like myself again.

Eda is so patient and really cares about listening to what you like from your haircut. And she cuts hair beautifully! Highly recommend 😊

I’ve been to multiple places in Plymouth to get my acrylics done and usually always left a little disappointed by the result. I left my appointment today with the best nails I’ve ever had! I love them so much! By far the best salon in Plymouth :)

Hannah was truly amazing! I went from a dark reddish brown (box dyed) to a bright red ♥️. She managed my expectations about lifting the dark box dye (I was prepared for not having exactly what I wanted in one go) but then she went and exceeded them with the end result!! I couldn't be happier with my new red hair!! She was friendly and professional every step of the way and really made me feel valued as a client. Would deffo recommend!!

Absolutely love the haircut! I have naturally wavy and long hair, not every hairdresser can manage. Eda did an amazing job! Very professional, master who knows exactly what to do. Highly recommend and definitely coming back!

First visit today as my regular hairdresser has been ill for a while and I can't wait any longer. The salon is lovely and vibrant. A lovely, friendly welcome from Darren the minute I got there. It's obvious how much he loves his job by the care and attention taken. Such a fabulous thing to care for the community around too. All in all, a great experience and a great cut. Thank you lovely. Such an interesting character.
