As always a friendly atmosphere where you are made to feel welcome. The hairdressers are very experienced. I have never been kept waiting and when I have my hair colour on , half an hour waiting means half an hour before your rinsed not an hour as I have had to wait at other salons where they are fitting in other customers.

Thoroughly relaxing experience - Jade incorporated relaxation techniques within hairdressing schedule - absolutely loved the relaxation music and aromatherapy oil & hot water bottle for added warmth! Hair looks fabulous too as always! Thank you - would thoroughly recommend!

I was so anxious going to a new salon after moving to Long Eaton 3 years ago, but Kimberly was so friendly, welcoming and chatty that I immediately felt relaxed. She listened to what I wanted, showed me the best products to use on my damaged hair. Left the salon with lovely soft hair and will definitely be coming back :)

Wonderful service - as usual. Went for new hairstyle, Ellie took the time to go through different options with me not rushing me at all, same with colours. Really pleased with new hair style. Can’t recommend Ellie enough. Salon all COVID safe too so no worries there either.

Very friendly and welcoming salon. Nicola certainly knew what she was doing. I have wavy curly hair and many hairdressers struggle to cut it well, not Nicola she did a very good job and transformed my messy mop of hair

Pagan has coloured my hair twice now. I have medium brown long hair and asked for some low maintenance blonde highlights that would grow out naturally. After my first colouring by Pagan I left my highlights for over 6 months. I could have left them growing out longer, they looked so natural. I've had so many compliments on my hair, including many people who thought I'd just spent a lot of time in the sun. Super happy to have found Pagan.

Steph was brilliant. I ordered a short bob style and the result was fantastic. I have tipical Asian hair, very straight and a bit hard to handle, but she knows how to tame it! Thank you, Steph!

From start to finish I had such a lovely experience with Jade. My hair can be difficult as it is thick so can take while to do but all the time I was in the salon Jade made me feel really comfortable. I really appreciated having the choice and being told what was happening at different points on my hair - she did exactly what I wanted and I was absolutely thrilled with my hair at the end! Chris is an excellent hairdresser, making sure she knows how I would like my hair done & checking that I am happy with the result. She is always so bright & cheerful; time spent in the salon is better than any tonic!

Id booked In just for roots, decided I wanted a change instead Jade soon sorted me out with a lovely chop n colour. Nothings ever to much for Jade, she takes such pride in the work she does and offers the best advice on aftercare recommending products which are affordable aswell! Never walk away disappointed from Jade. The best hairdresser around ✂️❤️

Unusual to have a hairdresser who is both excellent at colour as well as cutting. I’ve had my hair done at Tony and guy but still not a patch on chris.
