Courtney is just phenomenal- I’ve never been happier with my hair and despite being in the chair for 6+ hours for my massive overhaul, time just flew by! I can’t wait to be back in the salon with her magic hands looking after my uncooperative hair!

Another great experience at the Hair Hub, this time for the kids cuts with Courtney! Amazing job and we're all delighted with what a brilliant job she did. Also Lily said Brandon makes the BEST hot chocolate ever!! Everyone there is so friendly and the salon is clean and fresh. We'll all be back!!

Fabulous experience- Sian is amazing - always made to feel welcome and not like the normal toxic salons- super professional. Customer service faultless. Trust me I’d be first to complain. Faultless colour matching, and aftercare support ensuring not only my own hair is still in amazing condition but so are my extensions , maintenance appointments are so important ladies!! - they are a must so don’t miss them and expect great hair !! My child's hair is quite difficult to cut. I've tried many hair salons and his hair would look horrible after the 1st wash. Michelle has great skills and knows how to make my son's thick, wavy and unruly hair look perfect. She also does my hair and she must know magic because mine is really thin and flat but it has volume once it's cut by her!

My hair has been so much better since I've been going to the salon. Would highly recommend it to everyone

I had my hair cut and coloured by the lovely Kerri. It was my first time visiting the salon and I’ll definitely be back. She paid attention to what I wanted, picked the perfect colour to match my inspo and I left feeling like a pampered princess. I couldn’t fault Kerri and bonus stars for the perfect cuppa she made! Always really pleased with the service from lockes. They saved my hair a few years ago it was so damaged and the colour was orange. They didn’t want to promise me anything but still worked wonders and they fixed it within the first sitting I was so shocked and pleased I cried they had brought my confidence back within a few hours! And since then I have been no where else. Always feel special when I come here, always so friendly and always pleased with results! also they are the only salon I have ever been to that don’t chop too much off your hair! They want to help you keep length!:)
