beautifully decorated salon, always amazing service and friendly staff who go above and beyond to make the experience pleasant and make you feel comfortable and supported. They offer great advice for your haircare journey and nothing but the best care and time and attention, I always leave feeling so much more confident then when I entered the salon and also feel optimistic I can actually recover my hair health and undo the years of damage from bleach and services at other salons. Love coming here as always feel looked after and satisfied when I leave. Thank you so glad to have found the salon

Without doubt the best salon in London and I have visited loads. I was never happy with my haircut at other places and would sheepishly leave without saying anything and just try another place. Until I was recommended Giovanni and Perception. Giovanni and his team are simply the best. Not only incredibly skilled but really proud of what they do and with good reason. I always get compliments after leaving Perception and look forward to each haircut now. I couldn't recommend more highly

I absolutely love my new cut. Tera helped to encourage natural waves in my hair which I've never done before and I'm so happy with it. She took such care with cutting my fringe too which I always appreciate (having had other salons do the opposite). Gorgeous salon and excellent coffee too. Thank you!

Grace is incredible. Thank you for making my first salon visit in a long time such a lovely experience! She’s not only a fantastic hairdresser but also so warm and easy to talk to. I felt really looked after—she was gentle, really listened to what I wanted, and checked in regularly to make sure I was happy. I completely trusted her, and she made the whole experience so relaxing. Saying I felt like a different person afterward is an understatement. I came in needing a bit of TLC after a rough month, and I left feeling like myself again. Highly recommend!

For my first visit I was blown away by Yara’s professionalism and attention to detail, the salon environment is a vibe and I am defo going back for more hair TLC

I recently visited a hairdresser and had an amazing experience! The stylist was incredibly attentive and took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. Had a great experience at Jaylie Hair and Beauty Salon! Uğur did an amazing job with my hair he really listened and delivered exactly what I wanted. Ceyda was so kind and professional, making the whole experience even better. The salon is clean, welcoming, and you can tell they really care. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

All the staff are delightful. Tom cuts my Hair at the Tottenham Salon, he is such a kind & friendly chap with the most magnificent beard, my visits are always a joy, we have a good chat about everything and he does an excellent job of my cut.

An important BUT though would be for her to be operating from a salon that paid attention to hygiene; seriously… the toilet and sink, really not good.

Absolutely the best haircut I’ve had in years! After trying out fancy Soho salons and always feeling a bit let down, Tom totally exceeded my expectations. Not only is he a genuinely amazing guy, but he also nailed the cut perfectly. The whole experience was just easy, comfortable, and the service was impeccable. Can’t wait to go back!

She’s definitely a keeper👌 The one thing that let the experience down is the hygiene within the salon; Jennifer should look to renting a space that pays attention to hygiene. Gown dirty, not enough fresh towels visible. Looking around at the tools used wasn’t appealing, the salon needs a thorough deep cleanse and the toilet needs to be demolished and replaced…that sink….no water…hand soap or towel… seriously, shame on the owner🤢

I had a truly lovely experience. My first visit to this salon and was greeted by the friendly and caring hair stylist who is very experienced. I got to sit in a great massage chair when I had my hair mask on and I am very happy with my hair -which was a roots cover for greys. I would highly recommend!
