I recently visited the salon for a color and a haircut, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Rita took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and gave great suggestions that suited my face shape and hair type. For the color, she achieved the perfect shade I was hoping for, even though it took her some time. I’ve received lots of compliments from my friends and family. Rita is a professional hairdresser who genuinely cares about her customers. She is very friendly and made me feel completely at ease. I highly recommend Rita to anyone looking for expert hair care!

Bonnie is an exceptional hairdresser who truly understands the art of hairstyling. From the moment I sat in her chair, I felt completely at ease, thanks to her warm personality and attentive nature. Bonnie was amazing and did such a great job of my hair. I honestly had the best chat and it was hands down the best hairdressing experience I have ever had (I've been dying my hair at a hairdresser for over 8 years). I will definitely be a regular at BW hair. I highly recommend to everyone! Ps her little salon is located next to Bonno's Pizzeria in case your GPS takes you down the road, near the train station like mine did.

Ciara was great! I’ve always struggled finding a curly hair stylist and I moved from Sydney to Wollongong earlier this year so was nervous to find a new stylist but I am so happy with my cut and colour! The space was lovely and welcoming and Ciara made sure I felt really comfortable and listened to everything I was after. Would definitely recommend! :)

Georgi cut, coloured and styled my hair with great expertise. She was professional, friendly, patient and very accommodating when I was undecided on the length of my hair. She went to extra effort to make sure I was happy with my haircut and colour. I would highly recommend Georgi and her professionalism and expertise as a hair stylist. The salon has a lovely calm feel about it and their personal touches such as offering tea, drinks and biscuits was very welcoming.

As a first time client, I had a fantastic experience with Bonnie. She was friendly and welcoming, well informed and discussed options with me which I found incredibly helpful in that Bonnie provided guidance whilst allowing space for my persobal preferences to retain control. Bonnie was well versed in curly hair management and gave me great tips for home care. I particularly like her focus on keeping the hair healthy which is reassuring. BW Hair salon is bright, modern and easily accessible which made it a pleasure to visit. I will be returning.
