I was so pleased with the warm friendly reception. The beautician (so sorry I have forgotten your name!) was fantastic at her job and at my age I really know what I am talking about, you instantly know when you are in good hands! She was proffessional and executed waxing perfectly. Also very imprtant to me, I did not walk out looking like Groucho Marx with overly dark eyebrows! all other providers of well known brands always tell me "you have to allow the tint to take longer to cover the greys" no you don't! I will not go anywhere else now that is for sure....:)))

I usually get my eyebrows done at one of those units in the shopping centre but have decided to keep all my beauty care under one roof. Jodie did a wonderful job in restoring their shape & it’s so easy to book an appointment when it suits me. The atmosphere and staff are very welcoming & I look forward to each visit for treatment.

Lucy has been doing my lashes for a few years now. She is amazing at all things lashes and brows and has been in the beauty industry for years. She is meticulous and professional and will always advise her you on the correct extensions to avoid damage to your natural lashes. Literally, the best lash and HD brow tech in St Albans and Hertfordshire. Her at home salon is clean, welcoming and cosy. I wouldn’t trust anyone else. Thank you so much Lucy! ❤️

Never met anyone so passionate about lashes... and it shows in Syds work. She loves doing lashes. Had classic lashes today . They look fab. Will be going back again.

Sophie was very personable & did a great job of waxing my eyebrows.

Good recommendation and time to decide on what lashes I wanted, made me feel comfortable during the appt and made sure I was happy with my lashes before I left, will revisit in future. Thank you!
