Due to clashing diaries I travelled to St Albans for my brow top up appt with Kelly as we couldn’t work out an appt for Knottingley where I would usually go, however there’s no distance I wouldn’t travel as she is just amazing! I had previously been with my lash lady for a few years so when i moved to the area i was worried about finding someone new! When i came across Jade's profile i was instantly drawn to her vibe and how lovely all her work looked. I've been seeing Jade for nearly a year now and have never been disappointed with my lashes and always get lots of compliments on them. I really look forward to my appointments as we always have a laugh and Jade is really accommodating with her availability. I think its safe to say Jade is stuck with me now!

Kelly was absolutely amazing! I’d wanted to get my eyebrows done for a long time but was terrified they’d end up too dark or the wrong shape. As someone who was a bit clueless about the process, I really appreciated how patient and lovely Kelly was. She explained everything with such a calm, professional manner that I felt at ease. She is a total perfectionist, I trusted her completely from start to finish, and the results prove why. Firstly, reading the reviews i was not sure a straight haired blonde would fit in here. I tried anyway as its close to home. Im super glad I did. I messed up the booking, Happy worked to put it right for me. It meant we had to swap stylists and happy stayed late for it. My daughter did not want her hair shorter but Happy and her crew made her feel better about it and she actually loves it now its done. She will be back, and I might even get mine done too. Great team friendly girls all round.
