My experience at your salon in Pontypridd today was amazing. My stylist Kelly is always friendly. Her attention to detail is fantastic and she always blowdries and curls my hair to finish. I had highlights today and I am extremely pleased with them. I explained what I wanted and they have exceeded my expectations!. Tracy was also a fantastic help. Thank you 😊

Stacey was great putting my extensions back in for me at short notice (only had them done 3 weeks ago), although I informed them last week a few had slid out and one did while I was in the salon I was dissappointed I had to pay a fee when this has never happened before in a short space of time. Great customer service but an honest review 👍

Alan fitted me, my daughter and grand daughter in at short notice. They were brilliant as always. I stayed all day had my roots retouched, nails and brows done. Can’t wait to re book. Such a friendly staff , helpful and so accommodating 100% recommend

First time I've been here, very nice and friendly staff. Would highly recommend, I had my eyebrows waxed and tinted, very pleased, booked to go again.

Took my 6-year-old daughter in to get her hair done for the weekend and Trish was absolutely amazing with her. She added blue and turquoise extensions to her plaits and they look incredible. My daughter walked out feeling like a superstar and hasn’t stopped showing them off! The whole team were so friendly and made it a really lovely experience. Thank you!
