Natasha did a fantastic job with my hair. I absolutely love the balayage and the cut. The colour suits me perfectly and is exactly what I had in mind. She is incredibly thorough and caring and really makes sure the final result matches what you have asked for. Thank you as well to everyone at Pearce and Chapman for the warm welcome. At one point there were three people working on my hair which felt like a real team effort. It was my first time at the salon and I will definitely be booking my next hair appointment there.

Very relaxing experience, from start to finish with lots of attention to detail making sure everything was how I wanted it. The half-head of highlights has really lifted my natural colour and the shampoo and conditioner was a mini pampering treat in itself. Thanks for a lovely style and finish!

First time I've been here, very nice and friendly staff. Would highly recommend, I had my eyebrows waxed and tinted, very pleased, booked to go again.

Lovely experience at the glow room! Danielle is amazing! Felt comfortable from start to finish. Absolutely loved the room! Facial was amazing, skin feels so good afterwards and eyebrows are lush! I’ve already booked in for my next facial :) x
