Cut and colour by Ellie always top quality. However I need to mention this time, the lack of cleanliness on the female side of the salon. Nothing to do with Ellie. I did mention to her. Noticeable hairs, lots of them on the chairs, wrapped round the feet of the chairs, on the mirrors, footplates and skirting under the mirrors. Was really unpleasant to see. I've read that Lancaster City Council intend to inspect barbers and hairdressers. They put a post on Facebook to say this and said all chairs etc should be cleaned hygienically after each customer. The whole place is a bit shabby 😒

Jade did my eyebrows and lashes for my up coming wedding she’s amazing at her craft, very genuine down to earth. With each appointment she’s made me feel really relaxed and presented me with different avenues that we could to go down with my lashes she’s very informative as well all around an excellent experience highly recommended *5.

Great experience - brow and lash tint with Caroline. The new beauty suite is lovely and along with the professional service provided makes you feel like you've really pampered yourself. Happy customer who's happy with her tint. Rebooked prior to leaving as gets booked up quickly!

A comfortable setting, with a friendly chat. I struggle to get my eyebrows looking even due to a scar but Nicola does such a great job making them look symmetrical. Love my henna brows!

Lovely salon very bright, light and welcoming. So glad I found out where Neve had moved to. It is easy to get to I don’t drive but bus and train from Lancaster are easy and frequent and it’s only a few steps to the salon. Thanks again for a lovely experience and haircut.

Brow wax and tint, very pleased!

Best brows. Always come out feeling super pleased with the results. Completely changes your face for the better! Wouldn’t go anywhere else (I have tried and believe me Nicola is the best)

Another fabulous treatment from Caroline. Never realise how much tension I am holding until I have facial and after an hour of pampering I feel much more relaxed. Skin feels plump and fabulous and alongside an eyebrow wax and tint, I look much more human! Thank you so much Caroline
