Cut and colour by Ellie always top quality. However I need to mention this time, the lack of cleanliness on the female side of the salon. Nothing to do with Ellie. I did mention to her. Noticeable hairs, lots of them on the chairs, wrapped round the feet of the chairs, on the mirrors, footplates and skirting under the mirrors. Was really unpleasant to see. I've read that Lancaster City Council intend to inspect barbers and hairdressers. They put a post on Facebook to say this and said all chairs etc should be cleaned hygienically after each customer. The whole place is a bit shabby 😒

I recently had a Pro Peel Dermalogica facial by Iram who is very knowledgeable, and it was such a great experience. My skin felt instantly smoother, brighter, and genuinely refreshed. I’d definitely recommend this facial to anyone looking to give their skin a real boost.

I've been with Jodie for about two years now, she's done my lashes, waxing, eyebrows and anti-age treatment. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. She is great at what she does, super friendly, easy to chat to and the treatment bed is super comfy!

I recently visited Iram’s Beauty Lounge for a back massage and had such a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt calm, clean and welcoming. The therapist was very professional and made sure I was comfortable throughout. She focused on the areas where I carry tension and the pressure was perfect. She was attentive and clearly very skilled at what she does. I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. I would definitely recommend Iram’s Beauty Lounge to anyone looking for a soothing and professional massage experience.

Had such the best experience. I’ve been struggling to find a reliable enough hairdresser who listens to what I want since moving to Lancaster a couple years ago but I’ve finally found someone to stay with!
