Rusalina was so lovely and welcoming when I arrived today for the first time. She took the time to sit down with me and discuss what I wanted to achieve with my lash appointment. I had the pleasure of meeting Olivia & sam this week. This was my first visit, as someone with AuDHD I struggle in new environments. Not once did I feel judged by either. Everything was explained to me in a way i was able to process. They both made me feel really comfortable and are so friendly. I was able to take a break between my treatments which was a massive help. I was so happy with the service my brows and lashes look absolutely gorgeous and I cant wait to get my hair done later this year with Sam. Would definitely recommend to anyone with Neurodivergent needs.

I can’t recommend Chantelle enough! She did my semi-permanent eyebrows and they are absolutely fabulous. I was quite nervous beforehand, but I completely trusted her advice and expertise, and I’m so glad I did. She listened to exactly what I wanted, explained everything, and created the most natural, beautiful brows. I had my daughter’s eyebrows and Korean lash lift done here, and the service was absolutely amazing. My daughter has autism and anxiety, and the staff were so patient, kind, and understanding throughout the appointment. They took their time, made my child feel comfortable, and explained everything in a calm and reassuring way. The results were beautiful, and we couldn't be happier. Wow went for the 1st time to DDB for Russian UV eyelashes and couldn't be more happier Dee was amazing in every way so kind and welcoming I'm currently 8 months pregnant and she was so caring even rolled some trowels up to but understand my back for support and told me just to let her know if I needed a break and my eyelashes are something else I've had my lashes done at quite a lot of places and DDB is by far the most amazing place I've ever been and definitely wouldn't go anywhere else now Thankyou so much DDB you truly have made me feel amazing and I will definitely be coming again soon

I’ve been coming to Ranj at MINT/WKD for years, ever since I moved from London to Burton, and I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else with my threading and waxing. Ranj is incredibly experienced, meticulous, and consistently delivers amazing results. Whether it’s eyebrow threading or waxing, she always takes her time to ensure everything is perfect. Her attention to detail and professionalism are second to none. What makes the experience even better is Ranj herself. She is warm, kind, welcoming, and genuinely cares about her clients. I had an eyelash perm and tint by a lady called samantha and im extremely happy . She was welcoming and friendly the workplace was clean and my results were amazing. I would definitley recomend this salon.
