I am honestly so happy with my lashes 😍✨ The whole experience was amazing from start to finish. It didn’t hurt at all, literally so comfortable I could’ve fallen asleep! She was so gentle, professional, and really took her time to make everything perfect. You can tell she knows exactly what she’s doing 💅 The results are beautiful, full, natural, and exactly what I wanted. I've been going to Laura for brows for a while and she is just simply fabulous, I wouldn't go anywhere else. I recently had a facial with her and my skin feels so hydrated and is glowing, the extra techniques she uses for lymphatic drainage has made a difference too. I'm already booking in for my next one! I swear my lashes used to disappear for fun 😂 but Jem has completely turned that around. She’s so patient, always trying new ways to make them last—and they finally do! No one else ever put in that effort. Plus, every appointment is such a vibe—we’re always laughing, the music is spot on, and you basically get a therapy session too. Lash tech, therapist, DJ… she does it all 🤍🤍
