Cannot fault anything ! A warm welcome , A nice clean modern work place, friendly staff and Amy well, she's goes up and beyond! She's never let me down with my lashes, 💯 every time. I went to Vida for semi-permanent eyeliner. She was very professional and reassuring about the process. She told me what to expect and did an incredibly good job of keeping me relaxed. The result was a beautifully done, neat, fine line along the lashes. Slight puffiness and extra sensitivity around my eyelids the following morning but very little. So pleased, thank you. Can't wait to go on holiday and not need eyeliner! (Already had the lash and brow tint done, so ready to go)

I love how my lashes always look great and last for 3-4 weeks before an I fill is needed. Vicky is lovely and very friendly and professional. Highly recommended for mature women wanting lovely but sensible lashes!
