Dana is the BEST IN THE BIZ! I literally fly interstate to see her. Booking in for a brow lami with her is the first thing I do whenever I plan a trip home to Newcastle. She gives a heavenly head massage and is extremely professional. Dana possesses the unique skill of knowing how to read a client as well (when to be chatty / when I need to relax) I wish she lived in Melbourne!!! I LOVED my treatments today. Such a good wax by Bec, no irritation to my skin, no annoying red bumps and quick too! High quality products used. The therapy room is gorgeous and so is Bec! Absolutely love this place my best salon ever in Newcastle. This wasn’t my first visit, and every time I come in for eyebrow threading, I leave completely satisfied. The staff are always welcoming, professional, and incredibly skilled. The threading is quick, precise, and nearly painless, and my brows always come out looking perfect. The salon is clean, calming, and has a lovely atmosphere. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality beauty services in Newcastle.

It sounds funny to say I’m so grateful for a service that hurts like hell.. but I am! Electrolysis is so underrated as a hair removal option - and I wouldn’t trust anyone but Jodie to do it for me. She’s gentle, efficient and really good at what she does. It’s been an absolute game changer to have this *permanent* hair removal option available in the heart of newcastle!

I had brow lamination, shaping and hybrid tint, plus a lash lift with hybrid tint, aftercare serum, and a lip wax with Sim. She was incredibly efficient, thorough, and paid great attention to detail. The results were exactly what I was hoping for.

Talisha is a beautiful, caring young lady, she has a very special talent in her chosen career, what a fantastic outcome of my eyebrows and eyelashes, have been receiving compliments on my brows, she is definitely the brow queen !!
