He always takes the time to understand exactly the shape I want, and the results are always perfect and natural. The service is outstanding, the prices are great, and you can really tell they’re experts in brow design. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my brows. Highly recommended!

The best lash lift and brow experience I’ve ever had! With my lashes: I’ve never had so much lift - Crystal knew where on my lashes was resistant and where to focus on pushing them a bit more. With my brows: I’m usually very particular with the shape of my brows and have found all the times I’ve had down in the past with other technicians, they ignore my natural shape and take way too much brow off but Crystal absolutely nailed it - perfected the shape, thickness and colour. 100/10 would recommend.

Her attention to detail is truly impeccable and you can tell she genuinely cares about achieving the best result possible, while ensuring the health of my skin and lashes is maintained. I had such an amazing experience with Haylee for my brow sculpt and tint! She was incredibly particular and took so much care to make sure everything was perfect. She was so warm, friendly and easy going, while still being incredibly professional. I was honestly so impressed by the way she carried herself and the level of care she put into her work that I genuinely thought she was the salon owner! She made the whole appointment feel relaxed and effortless, and I absolutely love how my brows turned out. Such a beautiful experience from start to finish. I’ll definitely be booking again!

I’m so happy with my eyebrows! I’d been thinking about getting them done for years, but I was always worried they might end up too dark or just not suit my face. 10/10 haircut experience, felt welcomed and looked after from the moment I entered. Macca was my barber, he brings a relaxed, comfortable vibe whilst maintaining sublime professionalism, listened well and took on what I had in mind (which can be hard to find from a barber). Overall, it was a seamless and smooth time at Waves, I wish I wasn’t leaving the country as I would be a regular guest!
