As always Emma was fab - she knows how customers feel and administers treatments in a caring way. She is always aware of customers concerns and addresses them. Very knowledgeable of the products she is using. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Fabulous as always! Love coming to Park West. The staff feel like friends, and are always so welcoming. I've had numerous treatments, in different salons but yet to find anyone who is as good as Jocelyn at massage. She is fabulous at her job and her customer service skills are first class. First time in salon and definitely won't be my last . Susan made me feel at ease and explained everything that she was doing .

I’ve got to say it was amazing. I was worried I wouldn’t be able to do a lot . That’s the beauty of the 1-2-1 easy to talk and Anne Margaret was fantastic really put me at ease . The reiki was absolutely brilliant.

Lynsey is a wizard with a needle! I'm so happy with the results and the entire process. I was informed what was happening every step of the way and trust Lynsey's professional judgment, she's so knowledgeable with what she's doing. The salon itself was so clean and welcoming and other staff were so friendly. You're really made to feel at home and safe.

When I was massaged by Kasia, I had the impression that she knew exactly what I needed 💛 If you are looking for pain relief or just want someone to really take care of you, this lady and the entire Beauty Salon is a perfect choice. Perfect waxing, down to the last detail. Tint eyebrows and eyelashes - amazing effect. Professional facial cleansing. I high recommend!

Absolutely blown away with how incredible this experience was. Emily is super confident and professional in her role, attentive, welcoming and caring toward my comfort and understanding (of the procedure)! The studio is very classy, with the most beautiful (high-end) additions to enable the clients comfort, as well as privacy! I could not have been more impressed. Emily is a dream find and I can’t wait to find ‘new,’ excuses to return! Super happy!
