Emily is warm, friendly and always very welcoming. The salon is a nice relaxing atmosphere and the heated bed is definitely a bonus at the moment. Great service and great lashes

The salon has been organised brilliantly to cover all Covid related health and safety aspects. Sam is friendly and chatty, making you feel comfortable and relaxed. Amazing, beautifully done nails. I've been going to the Beauty Lounge for nearly 2 years to get my nails done and won't go anywhere else. Best salon around!

I walked into the salon for the first time yesterday and showed Cressida the type of look I was after. After lockdown with roots down to my ears originally it wasn't going to be an easy fix but I was amazed with how it turned out. It was exactly what I was after, I am SO pleased with the colour and really appreciate the thought and effort put in. Cressida was brilliant and I'd really recommend her expertise. The cut and blow-dry is also exactly to my style. Would 100% recommend this salon and will certainly be coming back! Thank you x

Very accommodating as I had booked a back massage but am unable to lay on my front. Caitlin was extremely good with that, my mini facial and head massage. Now feeling very relaxed! Thank you Beauty Lounge, my once-a-year appointment didn't disappoint!

I am so glad I found this place! Lovely salon, lovely eyelash technicians and I'm so happy with my lashes . It's spotlessly clean, and the warm treatment beds are an added luxury. Would thoroughly recommend.

I have been going to Shail for beauty treatments for nearly seven years and she is always happy, friendly and welcoming at every single appointment! She is an expert at all treatments she provides and is happy to give advice on all things beauty related.

2nd visit to this salon today,hair done by Hollie she knew exactly what I wanted and needed, I have never felt as comfortable as I do going to her she is such a lovely girl and an amazing hairstylist, would highly recommend thank you .

I had two treatments which were excellent. Very professional, The salon is warm and cosy (it was an extremely cold day). Megan was very welcoming and informative. Will definitely be going there again.
