I had booked myself in for a full head of foils with Glen however that was completely different to the inspo pics I showed him. Glen talked me through the process and the difference between the two styles I chose, ensuring that he was understanding what my desired outcome was in choosing a balayage. The process was smooth, Glen was super duper helpful and the results were so amazing! I managed to get framing layers which I was also very happy with! This is by far the best experience I have had at a hair salon in Edmondson Park! Thank you Glen!

Initially when trying a new salon I’m super nervous as my hair is hard to style, my experience today was nothing like that it was so amazing!! Laila was my stylist today and you could see how experienced and confident she was in her craft I highly recommend her! Most likely the only stylist I’d ever trust with my hair SHES THE BEST!!

I had balayage at this hair salon and I'm happy with the outcome. Joumana and Ream are friendly, professional and accomodating. I told Joumana what I want and she listened and really knows whats best for my hair. Joumana painstakingly did my previously colored hair from another salon (so much effort & care from her). The salon is clean, comfortable, with relax vibe. Affordable and reasonable price as well. This is now my go to hair salon and will definitely come back 😁 Thanks Joumana & Ream! I usually have great service in this salon and I chose it from the day that started in Ed Square, the last time I was served there, the girl who helped me with my hair to dry and style it was doing it slowly and didn't pay attention to the instructions she got from the one that did my hair colour, And even that makes me spend an extra 20 minutes when my service should done within less than 10 minutes. Finally, she made a mistake with my payment and she did not realise it until I reminded her. I think paying attention to small instructions can avoid losing loyal customers. March 8 Friday 4 pm

Best salon I've been to! Staff are lovely

Yumana was fantastic, friendly, courteous and very good at her job, Its only one BUT.....I was freezing cold all the time at the salon, had a small electric heater near my legs but wasnt sufficient, the Owner need to put glass doors at the entrance to the salon not curtains and provide to the clients a comfortable stay , may be a split AC system as well, I I have a cold now and a sore throat , the prices are on the high end then it should be more comfortable the stay. Once again Yumana was great made me 3 cups of tea to keep me warm , also the other girl there was very friendly.
