I had booked myself in for a full head of foils with Glen however that was completely different to the inspo pics I showed him. Glen talked me through the process and the difference between the two styles I chose, ensuring that he was understanding what my desired outcome was in choosing a balayage. The process was smooth, Glen was super duper helpful and the results were so amazing! I managed to get framing layers which I was also very happy with! This is by far the best experience I have had at a hair salon in Edmondson Park! Thank you Glen!

Initially when trying a new salon I’m super nervous as my hair is hard to style, my experience today was nothing like that it was so amazing!! Laila was my stylist today and you could see how experienced and confident she was in her craft I highly recommend her! Most likely the only stylist I’d ever trust with my hair SHES THE BEST!!

I purchased the fibroblast treatment on my eyelids. When I called to book I was told what I had to do in preparation for the appointment. I enjoyed my treatment at Gloss. Kate was lovely. She explained everything to me beforehand including the aftercare, and was very professional. The procedure was quick and easy with very little discomfort. I highly recommended this salon.

I was a little bit nervous as this was my first time getting a lash lift and tint. Dee made me feel at ease and was so professional not only in her manner, presentation, bit also liaising with me and my enquiries. The end result was astonishing. 😍 I’m in love with my new look lashes and how easy the up keep is. They look so natural and fresh. Highly recommend Dee. Her services and beauty room were on point. 👌

Laila is just amazing and so professional I did my eyebrow Feathering JUST WOW!! would recommend to anyone wanting to get eyebrow Feathering done Laila dose it with ease and you come out looking like a million bucks and so affordable compared to other places. I usually have great service in this salon and I chose it from the day that started in Ed Square, the last time I was served there, the girl who helped me with my hair to dry and style it was doing it slowly and didn't pay attention to the instructions she got from the one that did my hair colour, And even that makes me spend an extra 20 minutes when my service should done within less than 10 minutes. Finally, she made a mistake with my payment and she did not realise it until I reminded her. I think paying attention to small instructions can avoid losing loyal customers. March 8 Friday 4 pm
