I had an excellent experience! The doctor was very kind, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions. Being able to speak with him in Portuguese made a huge difference and helped me feel comfortable and fully understand my treatment. I left the appointment feeling confident and well cared for. Madelyn was fantastic. She listened to my concerns of a previous nail appointment at a different salon. Madelyn fixed, both broken nails before applying my gel manicure. She was thorough and my nails look beautiful. She was very careful with my right hand and arm and shoulder, as I am recovering from a broken shoulder, wrist and hand. I am pleased to have my next appointment with her in three weeks.

This is a great place! I went to my appointment today only to find out that I had actually made it for tomorrow — when I would be traveling out of state. After doublechecking with the other stylists to see if anyone could fit me into their booked schedule (no one could), the owner herself made room for me and gave me a GREAT and much needed haircut. I so appreciate Poise. They completely live up to their name, with grace and generosity added in for extra measure!
