Mariah was fantastic. This was my first real facial from a professional. The space was clean and relaxing. She made me feel comfortable, answered all my questions, explained every step she was moving through, gave fantastic massages while the masks were sitting on my face, and was a kind and friendly person overall. I was very impressed. I hadn’t planned on booking another facial when I first walked in, but by the end I wanted to get on her schedule asap! 10/10 recommend Mariah.

Madelyn was fantastic. She listened to my concerns of a previous nail appointment at a different salon. Madelyn fixed, both broken nails before applying my gel manicure. She was thorough and my nails look beautiful. She was very careful with my right hand and arm and shoulder, as I am recovering from a broken shoulder, wrist and hand. I am pleased to have my next appointment with her in three weeks.

This is a great place! I went to my appointment today only to find out that I had actually made it for tomorrow — when I would be traveling out of state. After doublechecking with the other stylists to see if anyone could fit me into their booked schedule (no one could), the owner herself made room for me and gave me a GREAT and much needed haircut. I so appreciate Poise. They completely live up to their name, with grace and generosity added in for extra measure!
