I recently had a PRP “vampire facial” treatment with Kristina and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Kristina is very gentle, professional, and has so much knowledge about the treatment and skincare in general. She explained every step clearly and made me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the whole procedure. I felt completely in safe hands and would highly recommend her to anyone considering PRP treatments! ✨

Her approach to skincare is effective and her facials have genuinely improved my skin. She’s knowledgeable, attentive, and by far the best I’ve seen. This wasn’t my first time going to House of Glam HQ with Natasha and honestly, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. She’s so friendly and makes you feel really comfortable, while still being super professional. I had another Halo facial and the results were so worth it. After a few days, my skin looked smoother, clearer, and had such a nice glow. It just feels like you’re actually doing something good for your skin, not just a quick treatment. Would definitely recommend!

Sam is very knowledgeable when it comes to skin types and the facial required for that person based on their skin type. She is very thoughtful with her application, being gentle on the skin and thorough, ensuring the products are applied on all parts of the face. The additional arm massage and neck massage she gives are a special bonus and they feel amazing. My skin feels rejuvenated and fresh! Thank you so much to Sam, I highly recommend her and I too will be coming back for more facials!

It was my first facial with Beatrice and I loved ever minute of it. The whole experience was very relaxing and calming, more like a spa treatment than just a facial. I really enjoyed mini massage that almost put me to sleep. Also, all the products used smelled so lovely - that I felt almost like at aromatherapy. My face right after was slightly red due to extractions - but it was so worth it! My pores seems visibly smaller, cleaner than usual and the skin feels plump and fresh 🖤

She tailors the Tropix products she uses to your skin and talks you through what she is using and why. I would definitely recommend Sam’s facials and the Tropix products to everyone.
