I love my tailored facials with Sam as part of my skin journey, once again Sam spoke to me in detail beforehand to make sure I was happy with what she had in mind and tailored a facial to suit my skin’s needs and work around the other treatments I am currently having at the clinic. It was lovely and relaxing as always and my skin looks and feels amazing after! I always walk in there feeling a bit rubbish but walk out after feeling refreshed and very relaxed!

Louisa is an incredibly knowledgeable and passionate skin specialist who listened to all of my concerns and taylored an incredible 2 hour treatment, just for me. Have had my second treatment of a Carbon facial and fell asleep and woke up with such a radiant, plump and glowing face. I went out for the day with zero makeup on just SPF. First was the lovely pedicure with gel nails then the facial , Wow wow wow , what can I say, I’ve had many a facial in my 53 yrs in many a different places all over the uk and abroad and this has to beat hands down the best one yet . It was so relaxing , I came out glowing and so chilled not only that the best products are used . I will certainly be returning for a repeat performance in a few weeks time .

My first facial of my skin journey following skin lesion treatment & it was amazing! I’ve never felt so relaxed, felt like I was floating! Having fibromyalgia I’m constantly in pain but can honestly say I felt pain-free for the whole hour for the first time in years which was the best feeling! As always, Sam is so professional. She talks you through every treatment, and how the products work. Being a skin care novice I always ask a lot of questions and Sam is happy to explain & answer them all with a great depth of knowledge, making it easy to understand. On top of that, every treatment has always been soooo relaxing, and I'm already seeing results after only 3 treatments. Can't wait for my next treatment with Sam.
