I love my tailored facials with Sam as part of my skin journey, once again Sam spoke to me in detail beforehand to make sure I was happy with what she had in mind and tailored a facial to suit my skin’s needs and work around the other treatments I am currently having at the clinic. It was lovely and relaxing as always and my skin looks and feels amazing after! I always walk in there feeling a bit rubbish but walk out after feeling refreshed and very relaxed!

Today was the last treatment on my '6 month Raya Skin Journey', and my skin feels so much plumper and healthier. Sam is lovely, and I've learnt so much. Have had my second treatment of a Carbon facial and fell asleep and woke up with such a radiant, plump and glowing face. I went out for the day with zero makeup on just SPF. Was such a confidence boost. As always Sam provided her calm, professional and friendly persona to the entire treatment. Can't wait to see my before and after pictures at the end of my 6months. My first facial of my skin journey following skin lesion treatment & it was amazing! I’ve never felt so relaxed, felt like I was floating! Having fibromyalgia I’m constantly in pain but can honestly say I felt pain-free for the whole hour for the first time in years which was the best feeling! Skin looks & feels great too & Sam talked me through it every step of the way & made sure I was completely comfortable. Louisa is an incredibly knowledgeable and passionate skin specialist who listened to all of my concerns and taylored an incredible 2 hour treatment, just for me. She talks you through what she's doing and what it might feel like. She is caring and makes a point of not rushing you at all. Easily one of the best facials and massages I've ever had! I would highly recommend and will be a returning very soon!

The best salon EVERRRRR! I always feel listened to and Faye always achieves my goals! She's also realistic and tells me if something is not going to suit my face. The Bio-Therapeutic clinic is a beautiful and tranquil space. I had a wonderful repair treatment with Carol who talked me through each individual aspect of the treatment and discussed products that would help me maintain my skin and reduce the signs of ageing. I left feeling rejuvenated and relaxed, which as a mum to a toddler is a rarity!
