Most importantly, they did the Brazilian wax properly—unlike my last experience elsewhere, where I was charged double for only half the service. I had a full body waxing done and honestly, it was such a smooth experience literally! Harjot was professional, gentle, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. The place was super clean and well-organized, which put me at ease right away. Pain was minimal (way better than I expected!), and she took their time to make sure there was no sticky residue left. I originally booked for Dermaplaning treatment, but when she looked at my skin condition, she told me that she does not recommend it due to my skin condition.
