I’m always so excited to have my session because you can see results every single time. I also love having a good chat with Kimberley and it is an added bonus having a relaxing sauna session afterwards. It’s a great way to unwind from the week and it is always highly motivating to continue to eat well and look after myself during the week because the Ultra Cav really makes a difference.
