Great atmosphere, best massage in Singleton. Mary is very professional, easy to talk to and puts you at ease the moment you walk through the door. Also a bonus that it is covered by health insurance. Highly recommend!

Sophie does an in-depth consultation upon arrival to your appointment and you talk about any issues you may have. Then she guides you through some movement patterns and can instantly identify the areas of concern. She targets those spots with various techniques and at the end of the massage you go through the movements again , your range of motion is greatly improved. She works miracles. I highly recommend Sophie.

Excellent. I have a fractured back and had managed to aggravate the injury was in considerable pain on arrival. After my RM, the pain started to ease and was much less by mid afternoon with rest.
