I had a wonderful experience at this salon! Sanaz did my manicure and Sara did my pedicure, and they both did a fantastic job. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive, and the whole experience was so relaxing and pleasant. You don’t always get such a genuinely welcoming atmosphere at nail salons. Sometimes it can feel like everyone is rushing to get to the next client. This experience was the complete opposite. I felt truly attended to, cared for, and never rushed. I left feeling pampered, refreshed, and very happy with the results. I’ll definitely be back!

I really like siranush and only come for her. Overall salon had ownership change and there has been a drastic change in professionalism. I’ve seen arguments between management and staff consistently, appointments switched to different staff than scheduled and the salon has been closed when business hours state other wise.

This place is MIND BLOWING!! Never would I have imagined a place this upscale and classy in the heart of Sherman Oaks! But you can understand why folk “over the hill” to make the drive. Just take a look at the photos and reviews and you’ll see why. Besides being gorgeous and resembling a five star spa, owners have gone out of their way to create a 5 STAR SPA experience. Everybody is and welcoming, services are detailed, they check with you constantly to make sure you’re happy. Honestly, the only hitch is Pricing, which is exorbitantly high. Sanaz and Sara did a great job on my nails. I got a GelX full set and pedi with gel polish. Russian manicure and they are perfect! I love the attention to detail with the cuticles. These nails look like they’re growing out of my fingers and my feet are soft as a baby. I’ll be going back.

This was my third time here, and every time I had an amazing experience. The nail technicians took great care of every detail, making sure my nails were perfectly shaped and polished. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional and attentive. The salon was clean and relaxing, which made my experience even better. I’ve been trying various salons in my area, and today was my first time at Painted Pretty. Lilia did my pedicure and Anna did my manicure. My experience was so wonderful that I booked my next appointment before I left. It was clean, quiet, and parking was easy. They use higher quality polishes which is so nice. My hard gel manicure is perfect, which is so important to me. Anna is obviously very knowledgeable and skilled. I appreciated that they asked whether they could use/apply lotion or oil - which I honestly don’t really enjoy and love that they gave me a choice.
