Our first visit at Luxe Beauty Lounge was absolutely perfect. Kaylee is very welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable. She spoke directly to my 16 yo daughter to make sure she was comfortable, understood the process, and demonstrated aftercare. She didn’t do anything before confirming that I (mom) was aligned with the placement of the lobe piercings, etc. we will definitely be back for future piercing needs.

I searched everywhere for the right place to get my daughter’s ears pierced for her 9th birthday, and The Luxe Beauty Lounge was absolutely perfect. We wanted needle piercing without going to a tattoo parlor. The Luxe was beautiful, and Kaylee was wonderful—she answered all my questions before our appointment and made my daughter feel so special from the moment we arrived. She talked her through every step and gave her the space to make her own decisions without feeling rushed. I truly can’t recommend this place enough. We will absolutely be returning customers!

First time being pierced by her and it was so well done. One I love my piercings and two she was teaching someone and both of them talked about it. I felt very comfortable, got to see the placement before they pierced it. Just over all great!!!

The jewelry she uses won't fall out like other places..She was very knowledgeable and professional..Kaylee will also change out your jewelry when healed for a price of course..She mentioned she does spray tans as well..I would definitely recommend her..Great job kaylee..Keep up the good work..Shai

I had such an awesome experience with Kaylee! I had my second whitening session and normally have super sensitive teeth but didn’t experience any sensitivity issues with the first experience and hoping the same goes after this session! I also had two needle piercings done at this time as well. Kaylee did an awesome job at this as well! I love the placement of both piercings and the process was super smooth and easy!
