This was my third visit to Shape Spa Miami, and I’m just as impressed as the first time. The infrared sauna has become one of my favorite ways to recover and unwind. The spa is always clean, relaxing, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. Definitely one of the best wellness spots I’ve found in the neighborhood. Highly recommend!

What an incredible couples massage. From the relaxing ambience, to the lovely essential oils, heated towels, comfortable massage tables, and amazing massage technique; our experience was incredible.
