I would like to express my appreciation for the welcoming atmosphere of this establishment. Upon arrival, guests are kindly offered water and coffee. The technician, known as Lilly, was exceptionally helpful and thoroughly explained the process of each treatment she performed. The cleanliness of the establishment is impeccable, which is a significant factor for me. Furthermore, the other young lady in the office, who provided information on the packages, was very attentive, cheerful, understanding, and patiently explained everything, proving to be very helpful. Enjoyed every second of it! I got a 30 min facial and head spa. The products used smelled delightful! Natalia was kind, smooth hands I nearly fell asleep during the session .
