Amazing as usual!! I see Jen around once a year to 1.5 years to get a cut and she always makes sure to get all my layers done perfectly. I have pretty long, straight, and damaged hair due to surfing and hot saunas, and I always walk out with my hair perfectly styled. I usually get a butterfly cut with face framing layers, and my haircut always grows out beautifully. I'll be back!

​Roby is an absolute miracle worker! I came in with five years of dyed black hair, wanting to transition to a lighter color to hide the greys, and she nailed it. Next step: balayage! She is a literal master mixologist when it comes to color; she knows exactly how to get you the exact shade you’re looking for. I love that she actually listens and offers great advice without ever being pushy—you genuinely get what you ask for. Bonus: she gives the best, most relaxing hair wash ever. On top of being insanely talented, Roby is just the sweetest person. Couldn't recommend her more!

Kind, respectful, professional, sets up realistic expectations towards goals, does her best to get you to your goal always keeping in mind your hair health. I have been a blonde for 10 years and she is the first one that treats my hair with kindness. She does not rush the process. My hair is at its best because she complements my routine and does an outstanding job making sure all my work at home between visits shows. I do not want no one to touch my hair besides her. I am blown away with how kind she is to my hair. OUTSTANDING job, I would give more starts if available!
