Harix was amazing with my curly cut. He took the extra time to talk through styles - I only had a few directions and no particular style request. I'm so happy with the way he understood and cut my hair, he's very experienced and loves cutting curly hair. He also took weight off my curls to give them some bounce. Would 100% recommend for all curly cuts.

I just had the most amazing experience with Dina! She did a full head of highlights, a cut, blow dry, and styled my hair with beautiful curls. This is hands down the best my hair has ever looked and felt. Not only is Dina incredibly talented, but she’s also such a pleasure to spend a few hours with. I walked out feeling so good about myself that I’m tempted to take myself out to dinner! Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a stylist who truly transforms your hair and your mood.

Another amazing haircut. I don't live in New York, but whenever I'm in town, I make sure to come and get my haircut with Rodica. My barber in the town I live in butchered my hair and miraculously she was able to get everything back to normal. Strong recommendation again.

11/10 experience! This salon was clean and the staff was nice and efficient. I’ve been to many salons and this was the most thorough hair wash and scalp massage I’ve ever had. And Curly was just amazing! I had the best experience with him. He listened and took his time to get my cut as precise and perfect as possible. He also gave me styling tips and got my pin straight hair to look voluminous like I wanted. Glad I found my new go to spot, and for my cut to be under $100 with tip is unheard of in New York.

Such a lovely experience. The salon is really nice and Iryna was even nicer and very professional. I did a conditioning treatment and a blow dry and my hair looks amazing. Honestly one of the best blow dries I had in a long time!

I've NEVER written a review in my life. No cap. But Desiree's work at The Way inspired my first. My daughter's hair was always this dry, clumpy mop that took stylists 10+ hours to braid—most visits took two days. Our first visit to The Way? A haircut and 2½ hours later, we finally got to celebrate her natural curly hair. Curls just popping and locking. Beautiful. For parents with mixed kids struggling with their children's hair—this place should be shortlisted. Highly recommended and will definitely return. Thanks, Desiree and The Way!
