It was my first time here and Lane was super nice. Before washing my hair, she communicated with me about what kind of hairstyle and bangs I wanted. She did a great job with the layers and the Korean-style air bangs! She also noticed a curl in the inner layer of my back hair and adjusted the cut to make it work really well. After the haircut, she showed me how to take care of it too. I’m really happy with how it turned out, definitely going back next time!

I recently got this bold pink and black fashion color done by Alex, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! From the consultation to the final styling, Alex was incredibly professional, patient, and detail-oriented. Since achieving vibrant pink panels on dark hair requires a lot of precision, Alex carefully sectioned the hair, lightened only the selected pieces, and monitored the bleaching process to maintain the health of my hair. After reaching the perfect level of lift, he applied the vivid pink color and strategically placed the black sections to create beautiful contrast.

Wonderful! The team worked together to provide a very welcoming, kind, clean, professional experience (bottled water, music, patience and good listening). Ziggy is a wonderful colorist, was very attentive to details for both my color and cut, and blow dried and styled my hair. He is kind, attentive, a good listener, and easy to work with. My hair was very damaged and he made me look like a hair model! I would highly recommend the team at Hair Club 20 for a salon and can only say good things about Ziggy. I got a keratin treatment from Zigy. He was very professional during the entire service. He gave me an eye shield, mask, and eye cover for the keratin treatment which was really helpful with the fumes. I got a haircut and the keratin treatment all within 3 hours and my hair is so smooth and straight now. Zigy even recognized that my hair was really curly and put extra straightening cream into my hair for free. I would highly recommend Hair Club 20!

He really listened to me. I showed him an inspiration photo and he explained why cutting the back the same way may not be flattering for my hair type. I really appreciate his kind honesty. After initially cutting my bangs he asked if I wanted it shorter and then didn’t hesitate to cut it shorter. Very sweet. Will schedule him again.
