Never knew how bad I needed to come here until I did. Can’t go back to my barber anymore. What exceptional service. The individuals here take great care of you. If you’re thinking of getting a massage, don’t think about it, just do it! And as for a haircut - I came in with my hair having no shape, minimal volume, no umph. Thanks to Silvia’s attention to detail and time, I’m leaving more than happy with my new style. Thank you again.

My experience is always great!! Everyone is very friendly and extremely accommodating. I think it’s the absolute best hair salon on the upper east side !!! My hair colorist is so talented, she can do hair color, style and cut. Shakira is always a on point with everything she does, definitely a true talent aside from her friendly upbeat personality!!

Ainur is incredibly talented and pays amazing attention to detail with every braid she creates. I’ve gone to her multiple times for special events like HYROX competitions and the Pride Parade, where I wanted colorful extensions braided into my natural hair. The braids always look beautiful, are comfortable, and hold up for days—even through intense athletic events. I highly recommend Ainur to anyone looking for high-quality, creative braids that last!

I found this salon because of all the incredible reviews, and I have to pay it forward because they truly deserve them. From my first call, Beata made me feel I had found the right place. She is so friendly and welcoming, and she gave me the best shampoo with a wonderful scalp massage. Fatih then finished my conditioner and combed my hair while making me laugh so much that I was completely relaxed by the time of my haircut. Onur is both a kind person and a talented artist. Sitting in his chair made me understand why the whole team is so warm and thoughtful. I felt completely taken care of.

Jamal, and his assistant Talia, are extremely kind, utterly professional, thorough and an absolute joy with whom to spend the afternoon. Jamal is a wizard with sensitive hair, and fixed my damaged hair so that it looks and feels healthy and amazing!! It was a great blessing to find them; I only wish they were in New Jersey :-) so I shall have to go up to New York many many times in the future!!

Always the best!! Maria and everyone are SO talented and make me feel brand new! I only trust Maria with my hair. I met her in 2018 when she saved my hair for my wedding and she became my person for life! That’s how good they are! You only need to go once to know they’re the best! Color, blow outs cuts or extensions they can do it. Everyone helps each other and the vibe is always great they make you feel comfortable I’ve even fallen asleep in the chair and Maria never makes me fun of me even tells me to go back to sleep if I need to haha they’re simply the best!
