First time here but it was a wonderful experience! I was hesitant to cut my hair so short but Dan gave me a flattering hair cut based on what I wanted and he layered my hair in a way that framed my face perfectly. Thank you! I'll be visiting again soon. Also, shout out to Tim for giving my husband the best haircut before our wedding! :)

The most amazing experience ever!! My mom, sister and I had our hair and make up done for my bridal shower. They were SERIOUSLY AMAZING. Everyone was complimenting us left and right!!! People asked where we got it done and are going to book with you soon!!! We love you!! Salon was in the most amazing space, right in the middle of red bank. So cute inside. Can’t wait to go back!!! I have been to many salons- but Lincar is far above anything Ive ever experienced. Caren is beyond gracious, compassionate and a brilliant colorist. She is dedicated to her clients and goes above and beyond to please everyone. Anna is an exceptional stylist- meeting every need you could possibly have- from straight to curly to an incredible updo for those special occasions. . The rest of the staff is wonderful too- making every salon visit a pleasure! Go! Run! Your hair deserves the best!

I’ve been going to Kat for years! She is an excellent stylist. Recently she styled my long locs for my wedding and it was perfect. I told her how I wanted to feel and showed her my dress and she worked her magic. What I appreciate about Kat the most, aside from her hair expertise, is her vision. Kat has style. She knows what looks good. I can trust her ideas and I don’t have to always have it all figured out. I love that about her. Lastly, she also is an excellent colorist. In the early days of my locs, she would do all my wild colors (blondes, red, dark blue etc.).

Teresa provided a wonderful blowout for a wedding we attended! She listened to my ideas and came up with a perfect style. My appointment was early in the day and the waves she gave my fine hair felt very comfortable and lasted all night, even holding up in the winds on the patio.

The look was flawless, glamorous, and exactly what I had envisioned—he has such an incredible eye for detail.
