I am absolutely in love with my braids! She listened to everything I wanted and brought it to life perfectly. The whole experience was so pleasant — she was gentle, patient, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. She was incredibly thorough throughout my bridal hair and makeup trial, making sure I was comfortable every step of the way and that I absolutely loved both my hair and makeup. Darlene's great! She's really pleasant and she knows her stuff! I've been on a hunt for a hairdresser in Charlotte and she popped up on my radar. My hair was looking dull and was breaking real bad. Best believe that I started to see a change in my hair after the first visit. Her treatment regimen has definitely made a difference, as now, my hair is looking healthier and the shedding is subsiding. My hunt has officially ended and I'm happy.
