Alycia was wonderful! She explain the process of the sugar wax and how it’s made in house. I honestly think sugar waxing it best for your skin. Rather than getting regular wax just because it nit harsh on the skin. After leaving there, my skin is not bad compare to getting regular wax. I would go back!

Bobbi was very friendly, professional, and great at her job! I got my full legs and brazilian waxed, and not only was it the fastest wax I've had yet but also the most thorough. She answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. 10/10 would recommend!

I had an amazing experience today with Alycia! This was my first EVER wax and she made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Unfortunately, my cycle came on but she was able to still give me a bikini wax and did my underarms as well. She is very precise, a perfectionist (no hair left behind) , and great at making conversation. I will be a forever client. The atmosphere is so relaxing and beautiful as well. 20/10 highly recommend!

Zornitsa is one of the best wax specialists I’ve been to: she’s quick (usually <15 mins for a full Brazilian when I see her) and is one of the most painless waxing experiences I’ve had! Plus, she is super friendly, and chatting with her distracts from the pain of waxing/makes it so much easier to get through! Would (and have) recommended to a friend because she’s the best!

Mo was incredible! Very knowledgeable and didn’t rush the appointment. Going to Sugar South isn’t some wax farm where they push you in and out. It’s a bespoke experience with expert sugarist who take the time to educate you along the way. I’ll be pre-booking my appointments for the next 12 months

At sugar South they were very accommodating to my schedule. Very friendly and professional and knowledgeable about their products. I had a full face hair removal. Mo was excellent and very attention to detail. I will be going back soon

I love love LOVE getting sugar waxed by Alycia. It had been a while since I had seen her because I moved to Lakeland, but I still don’t want to find someone new! So I was able to finally schedule with her and get it done! I love her and always feel so comfortable and get in a bit of therapeutic talking/venting with her! I get face, armpits, belly, full Brazilian, and full legs done. Brazilian was spicy today since it had been a while, everything else was fine. Afterwards, I felt like a whole new woman for my birthday and ready for my cruise too! 100% recommend!

Went here for my first braizailan wax, it wasn't at all as bad as I thought it would be though it is a wax. I had Sonyah who talked me through it and made me feel extremely comfortable. She made sure my first time was as easy as a waxing can be and I really appreciated that & provided great after care instructions. The ambiance was really nice and the process was rather quick. I would definitely go again! The customer service was great!

Sugar South is a beautiful, inviting space that instantly makes you feel at home and pampered—even before your service begins. The owners and staff are warm, knowledgeable, and make you feel completely at ease before, during, and after. Waxing sensitive areas can feel vulnerable, but that wasn’t the case here. I hadn’t had a wax in over five years (after the loss of my partner) and was more emotional than expected, but Molly was so gentle and efficient that it felt cathartic rather than painful. Plus, their all-natural, organic products are a win-win! I would highly recommend Sugar South.

This was the first time I had my wax treatment done by Mo. She is very professional, kind and fast! Waxing is, by far, the least enjoyable beauty treatment but she made it as painfree as possible and did it all very fast. I have made my next appointment already!
